We finally felt like we could relax and enjoy our anniversary at 8 p.m. Two remotes later, a visit from an IT rep, and a room change, they discovered it was an issue on their part. When we went to our room to order room service and a movie, the TV didn't work. While spending time in the casino, there were no cocktail servers to be found.
My husband went to get food in the food court, but they didn't take room charges so he had to go back to our room. Due to the event, there was no food or drink service.
